Removal and Replacement Procedures
RRP 2.10 Tray 1 & Tray 2 No Paper Sensors (PL3.1 & PL3.4)

Removal
1. Remove the Paper Tra
y
associated with the No Paper Sensor
y
ou are
g
oin
g
to remove.
2. S
q
ueeze the Sensor latches and remove the No Paper Sensor from the frame.
3. Disconnect the P/J from the Sensor.
Replacement
1. Reconnect the P/J to the Sensor.
2. Push the No Paper Actuator up and out of the wa
y
.
3. Position the Sensor with the arms of the Sensor facin
g
the Actuator.
4. Reinstall the No Paper Sensor into the slot in the frame b
y
first insertin
g
the front latch of the Sensor
throu
g
h the front openin
g
in the frame.
5. Press in on the rear latch and insertin
g
it into the rear openin
g
.
6. Release the rear latch and the Sensor snaps into place.
7. Release the Actuator and make sure it moves freel
y
between the arms of the Sensor.
8. Reconnect the P/J to the Sensor.
9. Reinstall the Paper Tra
y
