2 Open the front cover as indicated.


 WARNING! The fuser unit is hot!
ACHTUNG! Die Fixiereinheit wird sehr heiß!
3 Remove the old toner car-
tridge.
Lift the orange handle on the
cartridge to gently take it out.
Then hold the handle and com-
pletely remove the cartridge.
Watch out for loose toner fall-
ing out.
▲ Caution:
Dispose of the old
toner cartridge according to
local regulations. Do not dispose of it by burning.
4 Remove a new toner car-
tridge from the packing, and
pull out the protective paper
sheet from the drum shutter.
