1 Remove the jammed
media by pulling it
out in the direction of
the arrow.
2 Remove all the media
and then load the
stack again.

1 Lift the optional
face-up tray to
unhook it, and
remove it.
2 Pull out the media in
the direction shown.
3 Reattach the face-up
tray.
