Basically, setting up the Stackler involves the following steps:
 Select the location
 Check the option controller board version
 Install the trays
 Attach the connecting guide
 Install the printer delivery slot
 Connect the cables
 Connect the power

Depending on the ROM chip version of the option controller board, it
may be necessary to replace the ROM chip. You must have the option
controller board firmware version that is supplied with the Stackler
option. Option controller boards which do not require an upgrade are
clearly marked with a red-round seal. Option controller boards requir-
ing an upgrade are unmarked.
Option Controller Upgrade Kit
This kit contains the items
needed to upgrade the option
controller board. They will
either be packaged in with
your Stackler, or they will be
sent to you by the QMS
