▲ Caution: The printer must have at least 24 MB of memory to use the
CrownCopy option. For best performance, however, at least 40 MB is
recommended.
1 Enable disk swapping (Administration/Memory/Enable Disk
Swap menu).
2 Increase the Display List memory by 30 MB/30,000 KB
(Administration/Memory/Manual Config/K Mem Display
menu).
The printer automatically reboots when you press the Online key.
3 Choose any other necessary options:
 Collation—Operator Control/Collation
 Duplexing—Operator Control/Duplex menu
 Number of Copies—Copier Menu/Number of Copies menu
 Stapling—Operator Control/Output Finishing/Staple/Offset
menu
4 Begin the copying/scanning procedure (Copy key).
5 If the printed output is not correctly collated, duplexed, and/
or stapled, increase the Display List memory in 10 MB/
10,000 KB increments until the output is correctly printed.
