2 Check to make sure the toner cartridge is not defective. If it is,
install a new toner cartridge.
1 Redistribute the toner.

install a new toner cartridge.
1 Remove the toner cartridge and rock it as you do before installing
a new cartridge. This redistributes toner inside the cartridge.
Reinstall the cartridge.
2 If step 1 does not solve the problem, install a new toner cartridge.
