Your printer requires little cleaning. You need to clean only the follow-
ing:
The film on the metal feed roller
The outside of the printer
WARNING! Unplug the printer’s power cord before cleaning the
printer.

In addition to unplugging the printer, follow these guidelines when
cleaning the printer:
Use only water. Never use neutral detergents or other cleaning
solutions.
Do not leave moisture inside the printer. After cleaning, allow all
parts to dry thoroughly before closing the printer cover.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth.
To maintain clear, crisp print quality, clean the film on the metal feed
roller at the following times:
Every time the toner cartridge is changed.
Whenever print quality becomes unsatisfactory.
