» Note: You need a Phillips screwdriver for this procedure.
1 Remove the four screws
that fasten the hard disk
to the IDE-SCSI board.
» Note:
Save the four screws.
You will use them if you
install another internal IDE
hard disk.
2 Remove one end of the connector cable from the IDE-SCSI
board and the other end of the cable from the hard disk connec-
tor.
▲ Caution: Do not push or pull from the ribbon cable, use the cable
connector.
