Section 1 General Description
Introduction
The SANbox™-8 Fibre Channel Switch is the Fabric component of a Fibre
Channel (FC) compliant network. Figure 1-1 is an illustration of the Switch. This
manual describes the Switch as a full-featured fabric Switch unless otherwise
specified. The SANbox-8 consists of two models; Model A has the airflow front-to-
back and Model B has the airflow back-to-front. In all other respects they are the
same.
