Configurating the HBA

The SANblade Control FX Application checks for the following conditions before

updating the BIOS:

n The BIOS file must have a .bin extension.

n The BIOS file must have 131072 bytes of data.

If one of these conditions is not met, the update process stops and a message is

displayed that explains why the BIOS update was aborted.
