n Test Results. This section displays the results after the test is run. The first
column shows whether the test passes or fails. The remaining columns display
the error counters.
For a loopback test, the test result section has the following information:
q Test Status
q CRC Error
q Disparity Error
q Frame Length Error
For a Read/Write Buffer Test, the test result section shows the following
information:
q Loop ID/Status
q Data Miscompare
q Link Failure
q Sync Loss
q Signal Loss
q Invalid CRC
After making your selections, press one of the following buttons at the bottom of
the Diagnostics tabbed page:
n Press the Loopback Test button to perform a loopback test.
n Press the Read/Write Buffer Test button to perform a Read /Write Buffer test.

Update the NVRAM and FCode
Update the NVRAM and FCode using the Utilities tabbed page. To access the
Utilities tabbed page, perform the following steps:
1. Click an adapter in the HBA tree on the left side of the screen. The HBA tabbed
pages are displayed on the right side of the screen.
2. Click the Utilities tab.
