5. The switch, power supply, and fan LEDs light up.
NOTE:
For the 12800 switches, make certain the DC ON/OFF switch is illuminated.
If it is not, press the button to supply power. The switch is located:
 12800-360: Next to the AC power inlets on the top of the chassis.
 12800-040: Next to the AC power inlets.
 12800-180 and 12800-120: Next to the power supplies. If applicable, the
user needs to remove the fascia covering the supplies to access the DC
ON/OFF switch.
