• For the QLA2202FS-E:
./qla2x00fcode -l -p
/devices/sbus@1f,0/QLGC,qla@1,3000:devctl -f
2202fs.prom
• For the QLA2342E-SP:
./qla2x00flash -l
/devices/pci@8,700000/fibre-channel@2:devctl
ifp2312.prom
6. Repeat step 5 for other adapters.
7. Reboot the host with the reconfigure option:
reboot -- -r
8. After the system has rebooted, issue the format command to
verify that the device pathname changed to
QLGC,qla when the
FCode was installed.

Using the SANblade Control FX utility
If you are using the SANblade Control FX utility, proceed from step 4
on page 34 as follows:
5. Open the SANblade GUI:
cd /opt/QLogic_Corporation/SANblade_Control_FX
./scfx
