6 Troubleshooting
Check the applicable items listed below in case the card does not operate correctly. If
you cannot resolve the trouble even though you have taken measures as prescribed,
contact the service person.
Symptoms

Remedies
If the message is not displayed, turn off the
server, remove the cover, and check
whether the card is mounted properly in a
PCI slot.

Check whether the driver is correctly

Turn on the device first, and then turn on
the server after the device has started up.
Check whether all connectors are engaged
securely.
