5.4 Formatting a device connected
If you select "Fibre Disk Utility" from the menu, a window appears, displaying a list
of the devices connected.
In this window, you can select the device that you want to low-level format or verify.
Note
The low-level formatting erases all data stored in it.
So be careful not to execute this command by mistake.
5.5 Selecting an adapter
If two or more cards are installed in the server, you need to select an adapter, using
Fast!
UTIL.
Selecting "Select Host Adapter" causes the following window to appear.
Using arrow keys, select the card for which you want to use
Fast!
UTIL, then press
Enter key.
