5 Utility

The card has an on-board ROM which stores the utility program "

Fast!

UTIL". Using

this utility program, you can set up the card, check and diagnose the device

connected.

5.1 Starting

UTIL

To start

Fast!

UTIL, press the Alt and Q keys at the same time while the following

message is displayed on screen at the boot-up of the server.

When two or more cards are mounted in a server, the following window appears first.

Using arrow keys, select the card for which you want to use

Fast!

UTIL, then press the

Enter key.

Select Host Adapter

Adapter Type I/O Address
