Specifying LUN Access 5 – Using QLconfig

The top of the window lists the node name or port name of the device for
this LUN configuration. Each LUN in the list has five columns:
❑ LUN number. The LUN number ranges from 0 to 255. This column
also has an icon that signifies whether this LUN is enabled or disabled.
❑ Status. If the LUN is disabled, this column has the DISABLED text
inside. If the LUN is enabled, this column is empty.
❑ Vendor. This is the vendor name of the LUN. This column is empty if
this is not an existing LUN.
❑ Product ID. This is the product ID for the LUN. This column is empty
if this is not an existing LUN.
❑ Product Rev. This is the product revision number for the LUN. This
column is empty if this is not an existing LUN.
2. To configure an individual LUN, double-click on the LUN entry. The LUN
is toggled between disabled (status column has the DISABLED text) and
enabled (the status column is empty).
3. Click on one of the following buttons:
❑ Enable All LUNs. All the LUNs in the list are enabled.
❑ Disable All LUNs. All the LUNs are disabled.
❑ Enabled Selected LUNs. All of the selected (highlighted) LUNs are
enabled. To select a range of LUNs, click on one LUN, hold down the
<SHIFT> key, then click on another LUN. These two LUNs and those
in between are selected. To select LUNs that are not in sequence, click
on one LUN, hold down the <CTRL> key, then click on each additional
LUN you wish to select.
❑ Disabled Selected LUNs. All of the selected (highlighted) LUNs are
disabled.
❑ Restore Original Configuration. The device’s LUN configuration
when the application started is restored.
❑ Exit. Closes the LUN Configuration window and returns to the
QLconfig main window.
