When the replacement is complete, QLconfig updates the list of devices to
reflect the new configuration.
You can click Cancel Device Replacement to abort the device replacement
process and return to normal operation.

Specifying LUN Access
LUN masking is a method of controlling the assignment of target devices and LUNs
when multiple servers share access to a common SAN. You also use LUN masking
to control device availability. QLconfig supports masking at the target-device level
by enabling you to configure or unconfigure devices. At the LUN level, you use
masking to enable or disable LUNs for a QLA2xxx adapter. Dividing LUNs among
systems in this manner prevents possible data corruption because there is only one
access to storage at any given time.
To set up LUN masking, follow these steps:
1. In the Device and LUN Configuration window, right-click on a cell in the
second column of the grid, then select Set Path LUN Mask. The LUN
Configuration window displays (see figure 5-19):
