❑ Configure using alternate. QLconfig sets the unconfigured devices to
either primary or failover according to the rules defined in the Configure
using default bullet. QLconfig tries to alternate primary and failover
devices. This process attempts to do load balancing between devices shared
by two QLA2xxx adapters in the same system.
❑ Unconfigure all. QLconfig sets all of the configured devices on this
QLA2xxx adapter to unconfigured only if the QLA2xxx adapter supports
device configuration.
❑ Adapter information. This option displays the Adapter Information dialog
(see figure 5-14):

5.3.3
Configuring Target Devices
To configure target devices, use the following mouse clicks in the QLA2xxx grid
side heading:
❑ Double-click on a device to display information (see section 5.3.3.1).
❑ Right-click on a target in the Device Port Name field to display the
configuration menu (see section 5.3.3.2).

Displaying Detailed Target Device Information
Double-click on a device in the side column to display a dialog with detailed
information about the target device.
