Once you connect to a machine, the QLconfig main window (QLogic Fibre Channel
QLconfig) displays (see figure 5-4). You can now configure machines and
QLA2xxx adapters.

Connecting to a Machine
1. To set up a DMI connection to a machine, do one of the following:
❑ Launch QLconfig.
or
❑ Select Machine Connection>>Connect to Machine from the
QLconfig main window.
or
❑ Click Connect to a new machine from the QLconfig main window.
