Adding a New Connection
To add the new connection, follow these steps:
1. Right-click the system tray QLview for Fibre icon; then select New
Connection from the menu. The Set Up New Connection window displays
(see figure 5-7):

2. In the Machine Name field, do one of the following:
❑ Select Local from the drop-down menu to connect to a local machine.
or
❑ Select a remote device name from the drop-down menu or type the
remote machine’s name in the field. You can find the system’s machine
name by pressing <CTRL>-<ALT>-<DEL> to open the Security
window.
or
❑ Click Clear Name List to delete all of the machines on the list except
Local. (Local cannot be deleted.)
