5. Selects a Name and Output Format for the report.
6. Clicks Get Values to retrieve a list of Host Groups in the managed environment.
7. Uses the Filters to select one or more Database Names, and Database Types on
which the report will be generated.
Note: To report only on databases that have used a certain percentage of their
allocated capacity, are of a certain size, or are using a certain amount of storage,
enter appropriate values in the % Used Database, Database Capacity, or Used
Database fields, respectively.
