6. In this example, no filtering is needed, so the DBA clicks Next to proceed to the

Select Sorting, Grouping & Total Options step of the wizard.

7. Sorts and the results of the query in ascending order by All Groups.Group Name.

8. Selects No Subtotals.

9. Clicks Save; this query will likely be used again in the future.

10. Clicks Run Now to execute the query and display its results in screen in the format

specified on the first step of the wizard.

The output of the query results lists the amount and type(s) of storage resources

used by each department in the enterprise Figure 15.
