PROTECTION AGAINST EXTREME HIGH OR LOW TEMPERATURE

When sensor on the air intake detects ambient temperature ≤0°Cor≥40°C,the

dehumidifierwillshutoffautomaticallyforprotectionreasonsandproducesa

continuousacousticalalarmsignalwith3longand2shortsignals.

When sensor detects ambient temperature ≤0°C:“0°C”isshownintheLCDdisplay.

When sensor detects ambient temperature ≥40°C:“40°C”isshownintheLCDdisplay.

When sensor on the evaporator detects its temperature ≥40°C,thedehumidifierwill

shutoffautomatically(protection),andthesymbolofautomaticdefrost

illuminates.

Inthisprotectionmode:

• Controlbuttonsdonotlongerfunction.Removethepowercordplugfrommains

and reposition it again to restart the unit.

• Aftertheprotectionmodeofextremelylow&hightemperature,theappliancewill

notkeepitsmemoryfunctionwhenrestart.

AIR FILTER

Thedehumidifiersareequippedwitha3-layerfilterpackagetocleanthecirculatedroom

air.The3-layerfilterpackageconsistsofascreenfilterand(separatelypacked)3M™HAF

andactivecarbonfilter.Thesefiltersmustbeplacedaccordingtotheinstructionsbefore

operating the dehumidifiers.
