Problem Corrective Action
No power
The battery may be depleted. Recharge or replace A.
the battery.
The battery may not be installed correctly. Remove B.
the battery and instal it again.
Battery power dies shortly after charging.
The battery life is nished. replace the battery pack with
a new one.
No sound after using earphone for a
while
Earphone jack is broken. Please contact local dealers to
repair.
Cannot talk to or hear other members in
your group
Make sure the frequency and CTCSS code are same ●
with other members of the group.
Check whether your radio in the communicate range. ●
Check whether set as digital mode, frequency is set ●
right.
Check whether set right color code and encryption ●
group.
Check whether set right transmitting contact list or ●
receiving group list in digital mode.
Receiving voice from the other party but
can not transmit
Please change the CTCSS, then need change all ●
radios CTCSS code in the group.
