Take out of the power adapter of the charging pile and charge up the robot to check if there is adapter failure.
Q: How to prevent the robot from out of service as the result of dead battery?
A:Access Settings to open the auto-charging mode, add the charging pile for the robot, place the charging pile in the right place and connect it to power supply.
About awaken and voice
Q: What if the robot is silent?
A: Access the voice settings to check whether or not the volume is minimized. If so, raise the volume. Or restart and try again.
Q: What if I have trouble in wakening the robot:
A: Refer to the following possible:
Make sure that there isn’t too much noise around the robot.
Make sure that you do not speak from a distance too far away from the robot.
Make sure that you do not speak too fast or unclearly since Sanbot can only recognize clear words.
See if you set a relatively low sensitivity for the robot. If so, you can access the settings to adjust the sensitivity of wake-on-voice.
Q: What if the robot can’t be wakened?
A: See if the silent mode is enabled. Touch and hold the hover button and check the state of the button. means that the silent mode is enabled. You can click this
button to undo the silent state. Or restart and try again.
Q: What if the robot isn’t able to chat?
A: Refer to the following possible:
Make sure the robot is connected to the internet by checking the network settings. Input the correct password and connect it to the internet.
Check if the network signal that the robot connects to is weak.
Check if there is any network failure.
