1.2 Safety guide
If your phone is lost or stolen, please contact telecommunications authorities or a sales
agent immediately to have a hold on the phone and the SIM card. This will prevent you
economic losses caused by unauthorized calls made from your mobile phone.
When you contact telecommunications or a sales agent, they need to the IMEI number of
your mobile phone (remove battery to expose number located on the label on back your
phone). Please copy this number and keep in a safe place for future use.
In order to avoid the misuse of your mobile phone take the following preventative
measures:
- Set the PIN number of your mobile phone’s SIM card and change this number
immediately if it becomes known to a third party.
- Please keep the phone out of sight when leaving it in a vehicle. It is better to carry the
phone with you, or lock it in the trunk.
- Set call barring.

radio frequency electromagnetic energy emitted by FCC regulated transmitters. Those
guidelines are consistent with the safety standard previously set by both U.S. and
internationalstandardsbodies.ThedesignofthisphonecomplieswiththeFCCguidelines
and these international standards. Use only the supplied or an approved antenna.
Unauthorized antennas, modifications, or attachments could impair call quality, damage
thephone,orresultinviolationofFCC regulations.Donotusethephonewithadamaged
antenna.Ifadamagedantennacomesintocontactwiththeskin,aminorburnmayresult.
Pleasecontactyourlocaldealerforreplacementantenna.
Bodywornoperation
Thisdevicewastestedfortypicalbodywornoperationswiththebackofthephonekept
1.5cm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use
only beltclips, holsters or similar accessories that maintain a 2.0cm separation distance
between the user’s body and the back of the phone, including the antenna. The use of
beltclips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its
assembly.The useofaccessoriesthatdonot satisfytheserequirementsmaynotcomply
withFCCRFexposurerequirements,andshouldbeavoided.
Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliancecouldvoidtheuser'sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.
