Note: Always check the fit of the Q-Forms panel in the vehicle BEFORE any cutting or modifications are done!
FACTORY KICKPANEL REMOVEL: Driver & Passenger Sides
Remove the factory sill plate by gently prying up on the inside edge. Remove the
panel covering the end of the dash. Remove the factory kick panel by grasping the
back and bottom areas of the kickpanel and gently pulling toward the rear of the
vehicle releasing the spring clips attaching the panel.
Q-FORMS KICKPANEL INSTALLATION:
Driver's Side:
Lay the Q-Forms kickpanel in the approximate location and connect the
speaker wiring. Pull up on the hood release and slide through to opening in
the kickpanel. Install the Q-Forms kickpanel into the permanent postion
previously held by the factory kickpanel. Be sure that the front edge of the
kickpanel fits and tightly and evenly against the rubber door seal. Reinstall
the factory sill plate making sure that the front clip snaps into the Q-Forms
kickpanel. While pushing in and down on the kickpanel, attach the kickpanel
using the supplied 1/2" sheet metal screw through the predrilled hole located
in the hood release area of the kickpanel and into the sheet metal of the
vehicle.
(Note: Using a 7/64" or smaller drill bit to pre-drill the screw location may aid
in installation.)
Lay the polyfill in the opening for the midrange driver and install
the driver as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supplied Hardware:
1 - 1/2" Sheet Metal Screw
1 - 7/8" Nylon Spacer
1 - 1 1/2" Sheet Metal Screw
2 - Polyfill Batting
1 - Foam Tape Roll
SPEAKER INSTALLATION:
Cut the speaker holes in the Q-Forms kickpanels before mounting them in the
vehicle.
Note: Use the enclosed "C" series 6.5" speaker mounting
instructions to determine the center point for the woofer/midrange.
Using a hole saw of the correct size, position the pilot drill at the center point a
drill the hole. Be careful as the hole saw exits the rear of the panel. Install
the speaker wiring and crossover network as per manufacturer's instructions.
Install the tweeters as per the manufacturer's instructions. Install the
midrange drivers after the Q-Forms kickpanels have been installed in the
vehicle.
