IMPORTING EMPLOYEES FROM QUICKBOOKS
This section discusses how to import employees from your QuickBooks system to TimeTrax EZ
to eliminate the double entry of employee information.
After you complete the setup of EMPLOYEE GROUPS, you will be presented with the following
screen:
Click YES to continue.
Click SYNC EMPLOYEES WITH
QUICKBOOKS to continue.
Click LINK RULES to setup how the
system will import your employees.
After going through the LINK RULES
(discussed below) click START
SYNCING EMPLOYEES WITH
QUICKBOOKS.
