USB Super Cardioid Microphone
The Q1U features a smooth sounding
neodymium element, capable of handling
high SPL, an onboard microphone pre-amp,
A/D convertor and USB output. Just plug in
the supplied USB cable, launch your computers
digital audio software and start recording. The
extended frequency and fast transient response
insures an accurate reproduction with linear
characteristics from bottom to top. The Q1U is
perfect for vocals, acoustic instruments and
overhead cymbals, and can handle high SPL
from drums or instrument amps. SoftPre applets
are available for windows use, directly from
www.samsontech.com, however they are not
required. This microphone will work directly with
Windows 98 and Windows XP without need for additional
hardware or software. Includes USB cable, tripod desk
stand and carry pouch.
