In the SET FMT MSGS menu, press s (UP) or t (DOWN) to choose “YES”.
Press SELECT.

s (UP) or t (DOWN) to scroll through preprogrammed messages. (see chart
below)

PREPROGRAMMED MESSAGES
The 3500/3700 functions as a document stamp and is preprogrammed with 14 common
message formats.

By default, clock will print DATE TIME format if no message is selected.

Selected preprogrammed message will print rst (date stamp).
