TROUBLESHOOTING
This section provides a list of symptoms and recommended actions
that may be taken to correct simple problems:
Can’t take photos using the camera
• Check the Micro SD CARD if there is enough space or locked.
Video automatically stops
• Because of the huge high-denition video data, please use high speed
Micro SD CARD and SDHC compatible. High speed Micro SD CARD has
a C4 or C6 logo.
The pictures and video displays, “File error” prompt
• Error occurs in Micro SD CARD storage data.
Use the “Format” camera function to reformat the Micro SD CARD
Captures a foggy image
• Please check if the camera is dirty, has nger print; use lens paper to
wipe the lens before using the camera.
Dark images captured in shooting sky, water scene.
• Large contrast scene affects the automatic exposure function of the
camera, which can be adjusted by adjusting the “EV” value in the
machine settings menu.
Cloudy, indoor light, color is not perfect
• Please check the machine “white balance” function and set to automatic.
Horizontal stripes – Interference image
• This is due to the “light source frequency” error, please set to “50HZ”
or “60HZ”, according to the local power supply frequency.
Crash
• Press the reset button after a short recovery restart.
