The BM I (Body Mass Index) is a measured value for the

the body weight of humans. The 8MI only gives
a rough
gu
idance level.
The BM I is calculated by dividing the body weight in kg by the
body size in metres squared. The heart rate monitor walch
automatically calculates the

from the entered data.
