Follow the 2-Step Process to properly perform a
Factory Reset:
IMPORTANT: You MUST turn OFF the earbuds BEFORE you reset them.
Step 1: TURN OFF
Action: Hold the MFB’s for 3-4 seconds.
Result: LED Lights will blink signalling the earbuds are
OFF.
Step 2: RESET
Action: Hold the MFB’s for 10-15 seconds.
Result: LED Lights will turn ON, BLINK, then STOP.
Complete!
The earbuds are now RESET and are OFF.
Using The MFB’s Factory Reset
Choose any popular wireless charging pad and place the Purity One
Pro centered onto the top of the charging pad to begin wireless
charging.
(NOTE: Ensure the Charging Case is centered).
The Purity One Pro has special Memory Foam Earcaps. These
unique earcaps can form to the size and shape of your ears
and provide a more comfortable and more secure listening
experience.

Important: After the Factory Reset is performed, the device name
will still appear in the Bluetooth List. Tap “Purity One Pro” and tap
“Forget This Device”. Then, try the pairing process again.
Attention: The earbuds will be activated if removed from the
Charging Case or if the Charging Case reaches 0% battery. The earbuds
can be turned o manually by holding the MFB’s for 3-4 seconds.
