Overview Controls 4 1 2 3 1. Press and hold to switch Voca on or off. 2. Press to answer/hang-up a phone call from a paired mobile phone (see page 7 for more information). 5 3. Getting started 12V 1.6A Aux In 12V 1.6A 1. Insert the connector of the mains power adapter into the socket on the rear of Voca and plug in to the mains power supply. Note: If Voca’s battery needs charging, the power light will start to flash orange. Voca’s power light will turn off once the battery is fully charged. 2. Hold down the power button ( lights steady green.
3. Check that the Bluetooth icon ( ) on the top of Voca is flashing blue. If not, press the Bluetooth button until the Bluetooth icon starts to flash blue. 4. Open the Bluetooth settings on your Bluetooth device (see your Bluetooth device manual for more information) and select ‘Voca’ from the list of available devices. Voca will sound a tone and the Bluetooth icon ( ) on the top of Voca will light steady blue to indicate that pairing has completed. 5.
Using Voca to make or answer phone calls If you have paired Voca to a mobile phone, you can use Voca to place or answer phone calls (see page 5 to find out how to pair your phone to Voca). Note: Make sure that you are close enough to speak into the microphone when making phone calls. Making a phone call To make a phone call using Voca, dial the number that you want to call on your mobile phone. When you have finished your call, briefly press the button.
