HDMI Specification
HDMI 1.3 and features :
Nowadays, when talking about HDMI 1.3, it is necessary to speak about features related to this certification.
HDMI Licensing LLC (company who is managing HDMI standard), encourage manufacturers to do so, for a better
transparency for end user. Indeed, a “HDMI 1.3” labelled product can fulfil, depending on manufacturer’s will, one
feature or another, and not all of them. Therefore, it is necessary for the end user to refer to technical data of the
equipments, in order to know their capability with respect to the HDMI 1.3 features.
