Metal Garden Torch Product Information
(Please observe the details according to the model
you have purchased)
Please read this product information carefully
before use and retain for further use.
Instructions:
a) The decorative garden torch is approximately
10 ½ inches in height.
b) Using a funnel, fill the fuel container with
recommended lamp fuel through the wick
opening. (Illustration no. 2)
Do not over fill the decorative garden torch
and ensure that the fuel does not overflow.
In the event that fuel has poured over the
exterior of the decorative garden torch during
filling, you must remove this completely or
wipe it dry before igniting.
c) The decorative garden torch has a safety lock
with wick protection so that children cannot
come into contact with torch oil or suck on the
wick. In spite of this, please never leave the
decorative garden torch unattended! In
delivery condition the wick is already in the
lock. The wick should end approx. 1/4 i n c h
above the wick holder (illustration no. 3)
d) Insert the lock in the oil container together
with the wick. Depress and turn the safety
lock simultaneously in a clockwise direction, so
that the revolving wick protection interlocks in
the lateral notch of the wick holder and can be
turned in further in a clockwise direction into
the thread. Tighten the lock firmly

Igniting the Torch:
Before igniting, wait 5 minutes until the wick
has soaked up the fuel.
Do not touch the candle snuffer until it has
cooled down entirely. (illustration no. 5)
Wait until the torch has cooled down
completely before transporting or refilling it.
Refilling:
To refill, depress the safety lock and turn
simultaneously in an anticlockwise direction, so
that the revolving wick protection interlocks in the
lateral notch of the wick holder.
