Assembled frame from Figure 2 7 6 Attach the poly tray (7) to the frame assembly from Figure 2 using 4 bolts and nuts (1) as seen in Figure 3. Note: Insert the bolts into the tray and into the frame so the bolt heads face up, to the inside of the tray. 9 Insert axel (9) through the axel cylinder of the wheel base (6) 2 3 10 3 4 6 4 5 8 5 Insert 2 legs (5) into handle (4) lining up holes. Do not connect with bolts and nuts (1) until top tray is attached.
