8.1.1. General
TIME [HH:MM[:SS]] Read or set time in RTC

The PIN is stored in the CMOS and the GSM gateway remembers the number and PIN
of the last SIM card. If it finds out that it the SIM card number matches the CMOS
number, the PIN error counter is 3 and the card requires PIN, the gateway enters the PIN
itself, if not you have to enter your PIN or PUK manually.
SMSSTAT returns either PRESENT if there are some SMSs on disk 3, or EMPTY if not.
