CE 421 requires application of a correction factor to the measured data to account for the insertion loss of the Artificial
Network. Figure 9-2 illustrates 'typical' correction factor for a standard CISPR 25 artificial network. Correction for the
actual Artificial Networks used for testing shall be measured by the test laboratory and used when verifying DUT
performance relative to the requirements shown in Figure 9-1. The correction factor shall be determined using the procedure
outlined in Annex I.
