Assembly
Tools required: 6mm hex wrench
Tools required: 13mm wrench, 15mm wrench
Handlebar Assembly
Front Wheel Assembly
1. Remove plastic protective cover and insert
handlebar stem into fork tube until it stops.
Align handlebar with front wheel and tighten
stem bolt with a 6mm hex wrench. Ensure bolt
is tightened securely.
1. Remove protective plastic fork packaging
and insert the wheel into the fork. Ensure lock
washers are on the outside of the fork legs.
2. Install front axle and hardware through
front wheel.
3. Ensure that safety washer tabs are on the
outside of the fork legs and inserted into fork
leg holes “A”. Tighten axle hardware securely
with a 13mm and 15mm wrench.
2. Insert the handlebar plug and secure it by
pressing down evenly.
