Repair and Maintenance
WARNING: Turn the power switch “OFF” before conducting any maintenance procedures.
Tools required: Phillips Screwdriver, 8mm wrench, 10mm wrench, 12mm wrench, 14mm wrench, 4mm hex wrench
Rear Wheel Removal/Replacement
1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the
[4] Phillips screws from the chain guard.
Remove the [3] hex bolts from the chain guard
with a 4mm hex wrench. Then remove the
chain guard from frame.
5. Using a 12mm and 14mm wrench, loosen
the rear axle nuts. Roll chain off gear and
remove wheel from frame.
3. Loosen brake cable 2. Using the 4mm hex wrench, remove the
[2] side cover bolts from the frame.
pinch nut with a
10mm wrench.
4. Remove the brake arm bolt with a Phillips
screwdriver and 8mm wrench.
