Repair and Maintenance
WARNING: Turn the power switch “OFF” before conducting any maintenance procedures.
Tools required: 4mm hex wrench, 13mm wrench, 14mm wrench
Front Wheel Removal/Replacement
1. Using a 4mm hex wrench, remove the [2]
screws from the fork cover on each side.
2. Then loosen axle with 13mm and 14mm
wrenches, and remove wheel from fork.
3. Install front axle and hardware through
front wheel. Note the location of all hardware
and ensure to properly reinstall all
components.
5. Using a 4mm hex wrench, replace the fork
cover on each side usin
DO NOT over-tighten screws.
g the [2] hex screws.
4. After placing wheel on fork, tighten axle
securely with 13mm and 14mm wrenches.
