Repair and Maintenance
Tools required: Phillips Screwdriver, 8mm wrench, 10mm wrench, 12mm wrench, 14mm wrench, 4mm hex wrench
Rear Wheel Removal/Replacement (continued)
7. Place chain onto chain wheel gear and
under guide wheel (a). Install wheel into
frame. Hand tighten axle nuts and rotate
wheel to ensure chain is properly aligned.
10. Securely tighten the rear axle nuts with
a 12mm and 14mm wrench. Then test brake
to ensure proper function prior to riding.
8. Align and tighten brake arm bolt with a
Phillips screwdriver and 8mm wrench.
9. Retighten brake cable pinch nut with
10mm wrench. Refer to instructions on page
8 for proper adjustment.
WARNING: Turn the power switch “OFF” before conducting any maintenance procedures.
6. Note the location of all rear wheel hardware
and ensure to properly reinstall components.
11. Using a Phillips screwdriver, replace the
[4] Phillips screws on the chain guard. Using
a 4mm hex wrench, replace the [3] hex bolts
on the chain guard. DO NOT over-tighten
bolts.
12. Using the 4mm hex wrench, replace the
[2] side cover bolts from the frame. DO NOT
over-tighten bolts.
