Repair and Maintenance
WARNING: Turn the power switch “OFF” before conducting any maintenance procedures.
Tools required: Phillips Screwdriver, 8mm wrench, 10mm wrench, 15mm wrench
Rear Wheel Removal/Replacement
1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the
6 screws from the chain guard and remove
chain guard from frame.
4. Using two 15mm wrenches, loosen the
rear axle nuts. Pull the chain tensioner away
from the chain and remove chain from chain
wheel. Remove wheel from frame.
5. Note the location of all rear wheel
hardware and ensure to properly reinstall
components.
2. Loosen brake cable pinch nut with a
10mm wrench.
3. Remove the brake arm bolt with a Phillips
screwdriver and 8mm wrench.
