("птичками”) cамой нижней поправочной шкалы, то до цели 100м и
прицеливаться в центр цели следует с поправкой по нижней
поправочной метке. Вы можете переключать цвет прицельной метки:
красный цвет метки используйте в условиях хорошей, контрастной
видимости цели; зеленый цвет метки используйте в условиях, когда
цель видна недостаточно контрастно – тогда сама прицельная метка
будет меньше "забивать" изображение цели.
  MIL-DOT
В Вашем прицеле Sentinel G2+ (модели 76125T и 76126T)
установлена прицельная сетка Mil-Dot, которая позволяет
определить расстояние до объекта, если известны его размеры.
Использование метки Mil-Dot:
Наблюдая через окуляр прицела, оцените размер объекта, по
которому Вы будете определять дистанцию. Для этого
совместите один край овальной точки метки Mil-Dot с нижним,
верхним либо боковым краем цели таким образом, чтобы цель
располагалась вдоль либо поперек перекрестия.
Измерьте объект в милах с помощью сетки Mil-Dot: посчитайте,
сколько овальных точек помещается от одного края цели до
другого.
Определив количество милов, вычислите дистанцию до объекта
по формуле:

SIGHTING IN THE SENTINEL G2+
Remove the objective lens cap by sliding it up on top of the objective
lens (2).
Activate the scope by turning the power switch to the “ON” position (3).
Select the color of the reticle, green or red, by pushing the button (5)
until its clicking position.
Adjust the reticle brightness by rotating the switch (4).
Please select an object of observation at a distance of approximately
100 meters (about 110 yards) away.
Set up the objective focus ring knob (6) to be aligned with the mark
"100".
Focus on the selected object by rotating the eyepiece ring (7). If
needed, turn on the IR illuminator (8) by turning the switcher (3) to the
“IR” position.
Rotate the IR illuminator lens ring - by doing so it moves forwards and
backwards - until the IR illuminator beam is focused (picture quality
turns worse if the luminance level is excessive). If after all the settings
are completed and the image is still not clear, despite the distance and
conditions do not rotate the eyepiece ring (7). Refocus by turning the
objective lens ring (6) only and adjusting the IR illuminator (8) beam
focus.
To turn off the Sentinel G2+, simply turn off the scope and close the
cover over the objective lens. After mounting the scope onto a rifle for
the first time, zero it by following the instruction in section “Sighting in
the Sentinel G2+”.
Note: The Sentinel G2+ and its IR Illuminator can be activated using
the remote control.

Sighting in of the riflescope should be done at operating temperatures, by
following the order of these steps:
Mount the rifle with the scope installed on a scoped machine.
Make sure that no sources of light are visible through the scope's field of vision.
Set a target at a distance of about 100m; the light levels around the target should
not exceed 1 lux.
Remove the objective lens cap (2), by sliding it up on top of the objective lens.
Turn on the scope by turning the selector switch (3) to the “ON” position.
Aim the firearm at the target using the mechanical sight.
Adjust the scope according to the steps in the section entitled “Operating the
Sentinel G2+”.
Turn the objective lens focusing knob (6) until you get a crisp image of the target.
Set the desired reticle brightness level by turning knob (4).
If the center of the reticle crosshairs and the target center do not line up, remove
the covers protecting the windage / elevation adjustment knobs.
