4.2 Device’s
Upon a correctly conducted logging operation, the PowerSecurity web application with visible available
devices will be loaded.
During the first startup of the PowerSecurity application, the field of PSUs will be empty,
despite the physical connection being established. For the PSU to appear in this field, start the
detection procedure – see section „INTRE-C Interface – Detection”.

The information window consists of three essential components: a menu bar containing the list of tabs, a
communication interface field, and the PSU field.
In the picture above, the list of tabs only features two items: „Devices” and „Installer”. This list has many
more functions which will appear dynamically, only upon selection of one device: an interface or a PSU.
In order to gain access to the device (interface or PSU) configuration, select it with the cursor in the
browser window or point on the „Devices” tab and make a selection from a drop-down list.
