Jumper Settings for the MVS-8100C
Table 20 lists the jumpers on the MVS-8100C and describes how they are used. To
locate the jumpers on the board, refer to Figure 15 on page 35. On the MVS-8100C,
pin 1 is to the left of all horizontal jumper blocks, and is at the top of all vertical jumper
blocks.

J1 3 1-2 J1 affects camera port 1. Pins 1-2 must be
covered to use a color camera on port 1.
When a monochrome camera is connected to
port 1, J1 determines rapid reset mode. Cover
pins 1-2 for standard monochrome cameras;
cover pins 2-3 to specify rapid reset mode for
cameras such as the Sony XC-55.
J3 3 2-3 Jumper must cover pins 2-3. Selects source
of +12V power.
J7 3 1-2 J7 has the same setting options as J1, except
that it affects camera port 3.
