5. Shaping the Tree Branches
When your tree is set-up, you can shape the branches according to following
instructions:
1) Begin with the branches at the bottom of the tree and work your way to the top.
2) Starting at the rear of each branch nearest to the pole, bend 1 tip to the left, 1
tip right, and 2 tips slightly up. Follow this sequence until the end of each
branch (See Dia. 1). Note: Some tree models have side branches attached to
the main branch stem that require additional shaping (see Dia. 2).
3) Shape the treetop by starting at the bottom. Separate the tips evenly to
achieve a full and natural look (see Dia. 3).
When the entire tree is shaped according to above steps, do some additional
adjustments to some tips as needed to make sure that the tree looks full and
natural looking.

Where to find the model number of your tree?
It is important to keep record of your model number in order for customer service
to assist you with any type of warranty question or claim.
The model number can be found on the short side of the box. It may also be
found on a sticker located on the pole of the very bottom section going into the
stand.
How to replace burnt bulbs?
Any burnt bulbs will have a black or silvery ring around them. We recommend
checking for burnt out bulbs each year during set-up and take down of your tree. If
one bulb burns out, the rest will remain lit, however, as soon as a bulb burns out,
