Never carry out repairs on the device yourself. Always contact Psion technical
support and send in your unit for repair if necessary.
On the back of the unit, you will find the device's type plate which has important
information about the device which you must quote for technical service. It pro-
vides important information about the configuration and manufacture of the
device in abbreviated form. Always provide technicians with the full model
name and serial number.
